Greenlight Report provides product validation and decision-support reports for Amazon FBA sellers. Our service delivers structured analysis using a 6-dimension scoring framework to help sellers evaluate whether a product opportunity is worth pursuing.
This is a decision-support service, not a guarantee of market success. Our reports provide analysis and verdicts based on the data you submit and our framework. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue result, or investment return.
By purchasing a report or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
We guarantee delivery within the stated turnaround window for each tier: Triage (24 hours), Greenlight Report (48 hours), Compare Report (72 hours), Greenlight Concierge (5 business days). Rush delivery cuts these windows in half.
If your report is not delivered within the stated window, you are entitled to a full refund. Turnaround begins when your complete intake form is submitted.
If your report materially misreads your submitted inputs, omits a core section, or fails to support the verdict with the stated framework, we will revise it promptly or refund you in full.
This guarantee does not apply to disagreements with the verdict itself. Our analysis reflects the data submitted and our framework's logic. We do not offer refunds because a seller disagrees with a No-Go verdict or because a Greenlight product did not perform as expected in market.
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
Refunds are not issued for: disagreement with the verdict, change of mind after intake form submission, or failure to submit the intake form within 30 days of purchase.
Your report is for your personal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report or its framework without written permission. The Greenlight scoring framework, override logic, and verdict methodology are proprietary.
The quality of your report depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data you submit. We are not responsible for analysis errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading data provided in your intake form.
Greenlight Report shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or reliance on our reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
Our reports are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Amazon marketplace conditions change. Past analysis accuracy does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
